Jaclyn Hoffman, Owner

Certified bikram instructor / Massage practitioner

Started practicing yoga at home through curious stretching and posture, attempting to regain lost flexibility. Ten years of dance as a kid taught me many lessons about character, discipline, intuitiveness and intuition. When I started to learn different avenues of health and wellness through fun activities I gained new body awareness. My return to yoga 10 years later opened up even more wonderful paths to growth, eventually helping me heal from scoliosis, various body pain, and stress filled mental chaos. I know each moment holds an opportunity for positive growth through learning and change and I am so happy my yoga practice guides me through each gracefully. My practice took me to yoga teacher training in fall of 2011. I love to teach and be present for the growth and change of others, witnessing with gratitude consistent curiosity, passion, determination, and love.

  • What level are the classes?

    All levels are welcome from beginner to expert. Every class is the same series allowing for quick learning and maximum detox through daily practice.

    Why the heated room?

    The room will be heated to 105 with 20% - 40% humidity. This is to help with detox, relaxing the muscles for more flexability and much much more.

    Should I eat or drink before I come to class?

    You always want to make sure you are hydrated and try to keep a light to empty stomach at least 2 hours before class. Water only during class.

    What do I wear or bring?

    Prepare to sweat, dress lightly - shorts are recommended. Bring a mat, towel for your mat, water. If you don't have mat, towel you can rent here.
